Has Anyone been to a great spa in Vancouver WA or Potland OR?

My moms birthday is comeing up and I live in Guam, so I will not be able to spend it with her. However I still want to do something for her that she will enjoy. I am wanting to set up a suprise spa treatment. I want it to be a nice place with nice people and good service of course….. It needs to be special for her special day. So if anyone has any good ideas as to where to send her or anything of that sort please let me know.

I’ve been to one in Portland, Oregon. I just don’t know the name and never did know the name. My husband surprised me with it when we went for a car trip.
