you find out all your options.

make a chart. and you buy all the products, and give each at least a 1 week test.

and on the chart, you put what you are looking for and expect….and after the week or so is up, you list for that product what it did.

You could try skin treatments for sensitive skin. You should also look for products with natural ingredients. First you should examine what you will need the product for. Is it for the whole body or the face? For a whole body cleanser and mosturizer try QV wash. Its really good.

I have been working with a holistic nutritionist who specializes in super foods that help the skin. I just went through a 7 weeks to super skin program that totally transformed my skin…no chemicals!

I had horrible breakouts…and blotchy skin. It runs in my family. BUT my skin is so smooth now. It is pretty simple to make the changes she suggested. It has to do with sugar, hormone balancing…and a bunch of other stuff. Just stinks that I waited til I was 35 to get great skin!

Here is the link to get a free audio of a skin diet:

Worth a try…and it is free!

Anyway, in the program I was in, she also recommended supplements that you can get over the counter to help balance your body chemicals…and help your skin too.

    Good Luck
