My hair was damaged by coloring only. I used to have a beautiful soft hair =( can you give me some more tips how can I get my beautiful hair back?
You can’t repair damaged hair, just protect it from further damage. There is no magic formula, just a lot of overpriced crap with fancy labelling. Buy a simple oil and don’t wash your hair any more than you have to and only use a pick or comb to comb it out.
Yes. Any treatment such as hair masks, deep conditioning, and hot oil treatments can improve texture and overall health.
