Skin care regime not working anymore?

I use biotherm cleanser and vichy spot treatment. I have combination skin as i am young, and have dry cheeks and an oily t-zone. I have bangs so i often have small spots in the middle of my forehead, and sometimes on my chin and around my mouth.
