What are some good spa places where a mother can relax and get her nails done?

I am going to get my mom a spa treatment for her bday, but I dont know of any places in Valencia California where she can get one. any one know a ppace here?

How do i convince my mother to do a hair treatment?

I am 11 years old. I have straight dark blond hair. (not that dark.) I want to do it wavy forever. My mother says i am too young to do a hair treatment. Is she right? P.S: Is it true if you do your hair brown curly your a mean girl?
