I am 28 and just started breaking out on my forehead and slightly on my cheeks.?

My skin is dry and looks okay in the morning, as the day goes on it gets worse, esspecially after I wash it. Any ideas what to do that doesnt include spending ridiculous money on skin care treatments.

I recently turned 26, and since I now passed my first quarter of my life, I bought myself (as a gift) a line and wrinkle preventing face cream. I don’t think I’ll ever undergo a surgical treatment – I’m scared.
