What order should these spa treatments be in?

I’m doing a homemade hand spa for this ladies group I belong to. I have a set of four treatments that are commonly used, but I am not sure which order they should occur in: scrub, soak, cleanser or creme
I only want to do three of them at the most because of time restraints, so which three should I do?
Soak first, as this loosens dead skin on the hands and softens the skin and cuticles of the fingernails (the scrub will get off more dead skin this way), then cleanse, then scrub. Cleansing before you scrub will ensure the moisturizing properties of the scrub will stay on the hands, especially if you use a moisturizing salt/sugar scrub (I recommend Trader Joe’s salt or sugar scrubs as they contain natural oils that moisturize like crazy for HOURS). You won’t need a hand cream if you do this. If you do it in this order, you’ll get a better (softer, cleaner, more glowing) result. I’m not a professional or anything, just though it made sense in this order.
Hope this helps!
